FINQUES JOAN is basically a property management office dedicated to homeowners’ associations.

EXPERIENCE shows that the community is a complex entity. The purpose of the community is to maintain the building.
The Homeowners’ Board is the body that has the authority to make decisions.
The Presidency of the community is the one who represents the community.
The administrator must follow the guidelines agreed upon by the governing bodies of the community, present the accounts, and carry out administrative tasks.

The obligation to pay the fees is ABSOLUTELY NECESSARY.

If late payments become common or there are neighbors who owe too much money, it becomes very difficult to achieve proper maintenance of the building.

CONCILIATION

Following the approval of Organic Law 1/2025, we are expanding our services to include CONCILIATION.

If any owner notifies the community that they have difficulties meeting their obligations on time, the specific case must be studied and submitted to the General Assembly of the Community.

Under no circumstances can the amount owed be modified; however, payment conditions may be agreed upon if the Assembly approves it.
